ImageLink and Allegiance Imaging (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”) are committed to protecting your privacy. This SMS Messaging Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you opt in to receive text messages from us, how we use that information, and your rights regarding that information.

This policy applies specifically to our SMS/text messaging program and should be read alongside our general Privacy Policy.

When you opt in to receive SMS messages from ImageLink or Allegiance Imaging, we may collect the following information:

  • Program Improvement — Analyzing message delivery and engagement data (in aggregate, non-identifiable form) to improve our messaging program

We will not use your information to send unsolicited marketing or promotional messages unrelated to your care.

  • You retain the right to opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Data Retention

We retain SMS opt-in and consent records for a minimum of 4 years in accordance with applicable healthcare and telecommunications regulations. Message interaction logs (delivery, opt-out, help requests) are retained for operational and compliance purposes.
